What to Expect
Choosing to invest in your healing is an act of profound self-love. Here is everything you need to know to feel prepared, comfortable, and fully supported before, during, and after your session with Lisa.
Before Your Quantum Healing Session
꩜ Complete your intake form honestly and thoughtfully — this helps Lisa begin tuning into your energy field before you even connect
꩜ Hydrate well in the day leading up to your session. Water supports energetic flow and helps your body receive and integrate the work
꩜ Avoid alcohol and recreational substances for at least 24 hours before your session
꩜ Set a simple intention — even just one word or feeling you are hoping to shift or invite in
꩜ Wear comfortable, loose clothing if possible
꩜ Give yourself permission to arrive as you are. You do not need to be “ready” or have everything figured out. That is what the session is for
For Virtual Sessions – Additional Preparation
꩜ Find a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted for the duration of your session
꩜ Have a blanket nearby — energy work can shift your body temperature
꩜ Earbuds or headphones are recommended for sound quality and immersion
꩜ Dim your lights if possible and silence notifications on your devices
꩜ Have a glass of water within reach
For In-Person Sessions
꩜ Wear comfortable clothing you can easily relax in
꩜ Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle your energy before we begin
What To Bring
꩜ Virtual: An open heart, a quiet space, and a willingness to receive.
꩜ In person: Yourself, comfortable clothing, and any crystals or personal objects you feel called to have present. Lisa will bring everything else.
During Your Session
꩜ Your only job is to relax and receive. Lisa will guide you through everything. Sessions may feel deeply peaceful, emotionally moving, physically sensational, or profoundly still — every experience is valid and exactly right for where you are. There is no wrong way to receive healing.
After Your Session – Nourish Yourself
Energy healing continues to work long after the session ends. Honour your system with care in the hours and days that follow:
꩜ Hydrate — drink plenty of water to support energetic integration and help your body release what has shifted
꩜ Rest — if your body asks for sleep or stillness, honour that. Integration often happens in the quiet
꩜ Eat something grounding — root vegetables, warm foods, and nourishing meals help anchor the energy back into the physical body
꩜ Spend time in nature if you are able — even a short walk outside can deepen the grounding process
꩜ Journal — emotions, images, insights, or memories may surface in the hours or days following a session. Writing them down helps you honour and integrate what is moving through
꩜ Be gentle with yourself — you may feel emotional, tired, or unusually sensitive. This is normal and a sign that your system is processing and shifting
꩜ Avoid alcohol and substances for at least 24 hours post-session to allow integration to complete without interference
